Nations

Every federation with a team in either section, in the order of the Nona Gaprindashvili Trophy: the Open place and the Women place added, the lowest sum wins. China leads with 2 + 1. A name opens the federation’s page with its teams in both sections.

A place with “=” is shared: teams equal on match points and on every tie-break stand together, as on the official table. Regulation 4.5.2 and Appendix 2.II: ties between federations go to the two teams’ match points added, then their TB1, TB2 and TB3. Only a federation’s first teams count, and only federations with a team in both sections; the 18 with a team in one section only stand at the foot, unranked. FIDE awards the trophy on the final standings; named after Nona Gaprindashvili, women’s world champion from 1962 to 1978, since 1997. Updated 22 Sept 2026, 00:46 CEST.
